A good contractor isn’t just there to make your yard look pretty. They should be looking at the full picture: grading, drainage, function, access, layout, permits, Fuel Mod requirements, HOA requirements, and how your yard will actually be used.
Because when those things are missed, the “finished” yard can quickly turn into a much bigger and more expensive problem.
