Melanie came to the Body Lab after years of struggling to lose weight and after trying other programs that just didn't work for her. She's had some health challenges (spinal stenosis, arthritis, menopause, and dealing with a global pandemic) that have wreaked havoc on her metabolism. That's when a good friend, who has also had success with our program, referred Melanie to us.
