Perfect night for sup yoga!! 5:30. Come a few minutes early to get your practice set up to float !

Last call for class tonight! We have a big lake, plenty of room:) join us while we float our practice and wake up muscles not used in the studio! Stand up/sit down, beginners class, all levels welcome.

This Thursday 5:30 class begins on the lake!!! There is nothing like yoga on the water!!! Questions, please reach out. This is a beginners class. Stand up/ sit down. It can be as challenging or as relaxing as you like. Please arrive a few minutes early to get boards in the water and bring your anchor!
(They have kayak anchors and rope right at Walmart or you can order them on line :))
