You can significantly reduce the number of phone calls to your by sending domain users and notification that their password will expire in a specific number of days. In my most recent article I give you the script that accomplishes this and show you how to automate these notifications to be sent out weekly.

To do this, you'll need to create a script that queries Active Directory for user accounts with expiring passwords and then sends notifications to those users.
