Are you a bilingual recruiter fluent in English and Spanish with extensive experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies?

Team Outsource is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a growing U.S. construction company. This is a strategic recruiting role where you'll partner directly with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, source top candidates, and manage the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.

⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level opportunity.
We're looking for professionals with at least 5 years of full-cycle U.S. recruitment experience who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Recruit both W2 employees and 1099 subcontractors
✅ Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
✅ Conduct interviews and candidate communications in English and Spanish
✅ Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
✅ Manage ATS, candidate records, job postings, and recruitment workflows
✅ Handle onboarding and compliance, including I-9 verification, background checks, COIs, and W-9 documentation
✅ Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring strategies

What We're Looking For

✔️ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
✔️ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting U.S.-based companies
✔️ Experience recruiting high-volume, skilled trades, construction, warehouse, or industrial positions
✔️ Experience hiring both W2 employees and 1099 subcontractors
✔️ Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search
✔️ Knowledge of U.S. hiring, onboarding, and employment compliance
✔️ Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST)
✔️ Comfortable using a time tracker (Hubstaff)

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with proven experience using Store Leads to identify ecommerce businesses and generate qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate has experience with full-cycle B2B sales, including lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 80+ outbound cold calls daily to identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients.
- Use Store Leads to identify and generate qualified ecommerce business leads.

About the Role

Team Outsource is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to support a client in the multifamily construction industry in the United States.

The Sales Support role is primarily responsible for the servicing of both internal and external customers in regard to general inquiries, order processing and scheduling in collaboration with other departments. This position is also responsible for accurate sales order entry, purchasing and expediting of cabinets, countertops, and other related items per the sales order. This position will work closely with vendors, sales staff, distribution functions (receiving/shipping), finance, and other support departments and will provide a high level of urgency and both internal and external customer service. This position supports the Kitchen Showrooms, Multi-family sales and retail customers.


Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Order Processing
- Placing orders with vendors for cabinetry, tile, hardware, and other kitchen and bath materials.
- Creating and managing purchase orders (POs), updating sales orders.
- Prepping vendor digital files and importing for processing.
- Processing non-monetary credits and supplier returns.
- Sourcing best prices for special order goods.

Order & Vendor Management
- Tracking orders daily and communicating delays or issues to sales personnel and warehouse/receiving department.
- Managing vendor communication and updating order information.

Sales & Designer Support
- Assisting designers and install department with product quoting and sourcing.
- Ensuring designers review vendor quotes and confirmations for accuracy.
- Sales order creation and maintenance on behalf of sales and install department.
- Strong usage of Bistrack ERP


Customer Service & Communication
- Providing updates on backorders and deliveries.
- Delivering excellent service and follow-through to internal and external clients.
- Handling inbound customer service calls and website inquiries.

Logistics & Coordination

Skills & Qualifications
