Today I walked the informational picket line outside MGH to support the Massachusetts Nurses Association's Home Care Clinicians unit at MGB that has had more than 20 bargaining sessions without a contract to address fair, competitive wages, reasonable caseload limits, clear productivity standards, protections that support recruitment & retention, and of course safe, sustainable patient care! This unit includes nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, social workers, and dieticians.
