Rehearsal dinner ready for my son & beautiful daughter in law's wedding this weekend. I painted bourbon bottles, added twinkle lights, and bows for a perfect Kentucky themed dinner at the Campbell
House.
Zentangle Art! I have always LOVED the simplicity & contrast of black & white prints. So, I tried it.. Drawing repetitive, organic shapes and inking puts you into a meditative state & is so relaxing! Give it a try! Supplies used-Arrtx Acrylic markers, watercolor paper, washi tape, Sakura sigma pens .08mm, 1.0mm & brush pen, sharpie dual tip.

"Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, and Something Blue"...I'm making my daughter's wedding bouquet at her request. She wants brooches as part of it & she has a collection from her grandmothers, godmother, her mother-in-law to be and myself. The purple cross was given from my mom who passes away 4 years ago. She will be with her firstborn grandchild in spirit.
This blustery, rainy, gloomy weather has me thinking of warmer weather! I'm trying out these beautiful Rub On Transfers by on linen and will either frame some vignettes or make pillows or Both! Just following the creative flow and will see where I end up.
