We are so grateful for our Presenting Sponsor, GRIN Therapeutics! ๐๐
Their generous support of the GRIN2B Family & Research Weekend makes it possible for our families, researchers, and clinicians to come together in one place, connecting, learning, and building hope.
GRIN Therapeutics is leading the charge to develop the first targeted treatment for GRIN-related neurodevelopmental disorders. Their investigational therapy, radiprodil, is currently in a global Phase 3 clinical trial enrolling patients in the US, UK, and Europe, bringing our community closer than ever to a real treatment. ๐
Thank you, GRIN Therapeutics. We are honored to have you by our side. ๐

What an incredible day in Naperville! ๐๐งก๐๐
On June 13th, the Cure GRIN Foundation and GRIN2B Foundation joined forces for another unforgettable GRI Get Together in Naperville, Illinois. Seeing so many families connect, laugh, and make memories together is exactly why we do what we do.
A heartfelt thank you to Cure GRIN Foundation volunteer Sarah Johnson and GRIN2B Foundation President Liz Marfia-Ash for pouring their hearts into making this event so special. We are so proud to connect and collaborate on these events!
And none of this would be possible without the incredible generosity of our sponsor, GRIN Therapeutics. Their unwavering commitment to the GRIN community makes events like this a reality, and we are so deeply grateful. ๐

We have extraordinary news to share with our community. ๐ฃ๐๐
GRIN2B-related disorders have been selected as one of the very first conditions prioritized by ARIA (Aligning Research to Impact Autism): a fully funded initiative bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, and patient communities to accelerate clinical trial readiness and therapeutic development for people with profound autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
For our families, this is a profound milestone. ARIA's focus on clinical trial readiness, biomarker development, and translational research means we could see meaningful impact for individuals living with GRIN2B today.
This moment didn't happen by accident. It happened because our community has spent years participating in registries and natural history studies, and building a powerful global network of families, clinicians, and scientists.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey. The future is arriving faster than we ever dreamed and we are so proud GRIN2B has a seat at the table. ๐
As we work with the ARIA team in the coming weeks and months, we will share more about how families can participate in this initiative.
