Nitro Class Action Settlement Administrators have completed the registration period. We are reviewing the registration questionnaires on a first come first serve basis. We have been sending determination letters out to those who submitted their questionnaires early in the registration period. With that said, those who have submitted registration questionnaires should anticipate a letter stating their eligibility or a phone call from our office requesting additional information needed to process the questionnaire in the weeks to come. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

This is the last day to sign up for both the medical monitoring and property cleanup programs. All questionnaires will need to be post marked October 31,2014.
