We bought a rare 3 acres with this beautiful oak tree in Nixa just off Highway 14 on Highland Drive. The spec house will be a 2500 sq foot single level 4 bed 2 bath. It’s a new house plan for us. We built it summer 2025 and it sold before we completed. Let me just say “laundry/mud room, connected to master bath, connected to master closet” and 🙌🏼 you never leave the hardwood 👣 and 🧺 is a 🫰🏼(laundry is a snap - me with the emojis 😅)

What a long winter! We’re back in Nixa for 3 homes in 2025. First house is 1139 S Gregg Road. This is 1.8 miles from Nixa High School. 3.2 acres in Christian County just outside of Nixa City limits.
