The ole drill lathe strikes again. Spent 30 minutes “turning” a bolt head down to make a press to get these bushings out. The ID of the housing is .498 and I got this bolt head diameter to .488 and pretty dang concentric to give me 5 thou on both sides. Got both bushings pressed out and the bore is perfectly clean. Took roughly 6X longer than it would’ve taken on a lathe but it worked out! Hoping to find some bearings to press in to take the place of bushings to restore this machine to proper alignment.
