Every great electrician story starts like this. “So I’m in this attic one time”……………………………………….So….I’m in this attic one time. I’m in the attic and my helper is in the crawl space. We are fishing a wire down the wall. When, as I’m waiting on him, I am looking around the attic and I start to recognize these weird looking strips. I crawl over to one and upon closer examination I come to the horrifying realization that it’s a SNAKE SKIN! The one in front of me is maybe a foot long or so. But as I look around I realize they are all over and some are really big! Lots of things are going through my head at this point, as you can imagine. I’m personally not exactly terrified of snakes. However, I wasn’t thrilled to be in a shallow enclosed space where I have to crawl about twenty feet on my hands and knees to escape. Long story short, we got our work done and I got the heck out of there! Never did see the owner of the skins. The longest one I measured was over 5’ long.
