Finally, people are starting to care about this. I feel it’s unethical, (even if everyone is doing it).

I’be been outspoken against this issue for as long as it’s been happening.

Those inspection companies that offer “warranties” and have eye catching logo’s making you feel safe with words like “guard” tied to sewer or home are actually selling YOU. You’re being digitally trafficked.

It’s no longer just those companies offering inspection warranties. It’s now the trend for the inspection software companies who we inspectors use.

Never with me. Your name, address an phone numbers are not given to anyone. Ever. Your report is created on my computer and delivered directly to you and your agent as a PDF attachment. Not a hyperlink to a report on a cloud or software companies server. It’s on my computer, your and your agent, (if they save it). If anyone else gets your info it’s because you or your agent passed it along.

This goes for the agent’s information as well.

I don’t like being data mined and spammed. So I’m not going to knowingly do the same to you.
