At Social Distribution a Sales Manager is responsible for handling day to day operations on all their accounts orders, issues, returns, & collections. This position plays a critical role in providing quality service to customers, and having knowledge about our productions. It is essential for the Sales Manager to conduct the necessary activities to deliver the desired results, ensure customers' trust and produce above average gross revenue and profits to ensure the company’s annual goals and objectives are met. This position has various responsibilities including sales, customer follow ups, receiving payments, networking events, and other operational duties. Social Distribution is a leader of alternative products that are produced in house, or that we have a master distro agreement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
Develop new customer sales
Utilize various prospecting methods to generate new sales leads
Cultivate sustainable customer relationships and encourage customer growth
Effectively communicate with customers, and internal teams
Manage operations and ensure operating procedures and protocols are followed
Support customers with pricing, operations, and payment-related issues
Provide support to operations and other internal teams
Conduct on-site customer visits as needed
Cultivate customer growth and relationships
Communicate effectively with customers, and team members
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
2 years sales experience & minimum of 1M in Annual Sales
Sales experience in the alternative space or with many different products
Apply knowledge of organization, communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
Ability to work with others and be a positive influence on co-workers
Utilize professional phone and email communication skills
Effective customer service skills and the ability to service both internal and external customers
Ability to provide oral and written reports, business correspondence, and effective presentation of information to customers, team members, and managers
Capable of working independently and making decisions with limited supervision
Can generate leads & follow up on leads
Management of accounts and being adaptable to customers & their needs
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive team member and management contact with frequent interruptions. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $37,646.07 - $154,659.61 per year
