Just finished up my first career PDGA MPO event! Just wanted to say thank you to Bob Cannon for running another great event and all the volunteers who also played a big part in making this event possible! Also a big thank you to my dad Joe Gustafson for caddying and giving me great advice!

Now to my play….. My first round was very up and down… switched to the pixel a few weeks back and fell in love, today not so much. First round missed 3-4 inside the circle putts which is completely inexcusable. After a shaky first round I started off pretty well but again 2 putted on 3 and 5 which are holes I was in a good position to birdie and turned into bogies. Other than those 2 bogies I felt great off the tee and my scramble was on point all day. Shot a career high 981 rated round and averaging to a 952 for the event finish in T-32 while Im not happy at all with the result I did wind up cashing in my first MPO event. A lot to learn and bounce back from! On to the next one!
