FINALLY! The trades, plumbing, electrical, hvac have started and the framing is 99% complete on the prospect house. We are a step closer every day.

Building the Future, Restoring the Past
Conover Properties was founded in 2015 when we renovated our first building in Pierce, NE. With the incredible need for housing in Norfolk and the surrounding areas, we found that not only could we provide modern, efficient housing, but we could also save old, worn down buildings in the process. A win-win. Today, we have successfully restored numerous properties and are in the process of completing a major renovation on the old bowling alley in Madison, NE. This will provide 12 beautiful rental units in a much needed area. We also have 3 buildings currently in development and look forward to starting on those in the near future.
