Athletes meet athletes. At least once a month we take a tour to the homes of our Kenyan friends of Old Dominion University and Norfolk State University. They are fun and precious to us. Good times and great food!

When pros from two continents bring their years of expertise, exchange notes and sharpen each other.

Some Sundays we rally the coaches and athletes to play one of our favorite games. Musical Chairs! It's old school but still a classic! In this picture alone, we have three countries contesting for the final two chairs! International love at it's finest :D
