Hello friends –any journal writers out there? Dream journals, diaries, travel journals … I love them all. Besides chronicling my life and my dreams, they’re where I discover what I didn’t know I already knew, through the magic of staying on the page. In early 2025, I decided to try the Five Minute Journal. I’ve enjoyed it so much I’ve gifted it to some of my clients who like to write. What’s your favorite way to journal?

Painful as it is to experience, “Not Knowing” is fertile ground for creative exploration. The void that lies beyond our words and quick answers is, if we can recognize it and allow it space, a gift. What has “not knowing” allowed you to discover in your own life?
