Dederman Construction LLC and I just finished this bathroom remodel by tearing out the floor, all the trim and the cabinets, countertop and the old bathtub and replaced them with a new tub with Onyx surrounds and cabinets with an Onyx countertop with also staining and vanishing all the trim and new linen closet door and finishing it off with a nice new decorative drop ceiling.

Dederman Construction LLC and SCM Construction, LLC was proud to partner with the City of Norfolk on a recent project at Ta-Ha-Zouka Park.

Our team worked at the Elkhorn Lodge to help create and expand office space within the facility. This project involved framing and installing drywall within an existing room to transform the space into a more functional and efficient work area.

Took a wall out to make a bedroom a little more spacious and did some custom trim work out of old Barnwood with partner Dederman Construction LLC

Dederman Construction LLC and I worked on a floor that had uneven spots and needed corrections. We repaired the damaged areas and leveled the surface to ensure a solid, long-lasting foundation.

SCM Construction, LLC and Dederman construction recently restored this older plaster-and-lath bathroom that was experiencing moisture damage.

Common signs of moisture issues include bubbling or peeling paint, soft or crumbling plaster, staining, and an overall musty odor—many of which were present in this space.

We removed the damaged materials, addressed the problem areas, and installed a brand-new tub/shower.
