Simply add more of the iron-rich plant foods pictured here to your diet if you’re struggling with iron right now.
You could always consider taking an iron supplement if you’re doctor recommends. Just beware of the dangers of consuming too much iron.
There are side effects of over-supplementing iron that you don’t encounter if you over-supplement the likes of B12 or vitamin D. So be wary of going over the top too.
