Cheryl stitched up the sweetest welcome for her new granddaughter with this charming patchwork quilt full of playful prints, soft pinks, cheerful florals, and the cutest woodland friends tucked throughout. The simple squares let each fabric shine, creating a quilt that feels both timeless and full of personality.
For quilting, she chose Ginger Flower, a delicate floral design that adds beautiful texture while perfectly complementing the garden-inspired fabrics. The soft curves and flower motifs bring everything together, creating a quilt that’s as lovely to cuddle as it is to admire.
What a special gift to celebrate a brand-new little girl and the beginning of so many treasured memories.

Kathi created this wonderfully spooky Halloween quilt featuring vintage-inspired prints, playful pennants, pumpkins, skeletons, and plenty of eerie charm. The black, white, and pumpkin-orange color palette gives it a classic Halloween feel while letting all of the fun details shine.
To complement the theme, I quilted it with Tizzy, which creates a swirling pattern that reminds me of glowing moons drifting through a Halloween night sky. The movement of the quilting adds great texture across the quilt while keeping the focus on the striking panel and pieced borders.
And the backing fabric deserves a mention too: those needle-and-thread spider webs were the perfect finishing touch for this delightfully creepy creation!

Pam always comes up with something unique, and this quilt is no exception! Using a pattern of her own design, affectionately called “Winging It”, she combined outdoor-inspired fabrics, wildlife prints, fishing lures, and rich earthy colors into a quilt that feels right at home in the woods.
To complement the theme, we quilted it with Whispering Pines, a design that adds subtle texture and echoes the natural feel of the fabrics. The quilting blends beautifully with the piecing while adding movement throughout the quilt.
From the deer and fish prints to the batiks and nature-inspired backing, this quilt is full of details that make it fun to explore. Great job, Pam! 🌲🦌🎣
