If snowflakes are the poems in the air, then fireworks
Are the kind of short story that leave you gasping
Reeling in your chair, tinnitus
In your brain, tea abandoned.
A brutal, explosive prose
A screaming, fizzling tribute-memoriam:
To dying with a blush, a pop, a burst, a spasm
To playing with fire
To liberation
