OK, correction to previous form numbers.
Advance Credit forms are Form 6419.
3rd Economic Impact Pmt (Covid Pmt) is Form 6475.
Please bring these forms in with your tax info.
IRS is mailing them in January.

If you received the 3rd Covid payment in 2021, the IRS will send you Form 1444-C in January. Keep this form and furnish it with your other tax documents when you have your taxes prepared.

If you received the advance Child Credit payments in 2021, the IRS will mail you form 6416 in January. Please keep this form and provide it in your tax information so you can be sure to receive the correct amount of Child Credit on your tax return.
