Hey beautiful community,
I want to thank every single one of you who respects my time, shows up, and trusts me with your healing journey. Because of how busy the schedule has become, and to make sure every client gets the quality care they deserve. I will now be enforcing all policies with ZERO exceptions going forward.
This is to protect your time, my time, and the integrity of your recovery.
✨ Effective Immediately:
⏱️ Late Policy
• After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
• This ensures I stay on schedule and can give every client the full level of care they’re paying for.
📵 No-Call, No-Show Policy
• If you are on a package: You will lose one massage from your package.
• If you are not on a package: A $50 no-show fee will be required before rebooking.
💳 Rebooking Requirement
All outstanding fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
I love what I do, I love taking care of you, and I’m honored every time you choose me as your post-op nurse. But I cannot continue to allow my time or other clients’ appointments to be disrupted.
This is nothing but boundaries with love, so I can continue giving y’all the high-level care and results you come to me for. 💛
