👉🏼 Kait Erb is the new Team Lead of The KeyGroup Real Estate Team. ✌🏼

I want to tell you how we got here....

I knew nothing about real estate when I got my license. Nothing. I sold 3 properties my first year. 17 my second. Then I became a 5X Icon agent.. top 5% of agents nationwide. Then Dan joined me. My husband. Twenty years of corporate business development and accounting, and he went and got his license. That's when The KeyGroup was born.

We ran into every wall there was. We went into debt. We failed, and then we failed again.

About a year in, Kait asked to join the team. She was already an agent. Already a friend. And I told her no.

I said no because I thought she didn't need us. She wasn't new, and new agents were all we had back then. But Kait was relentless. She would not let it go. So I gave in.

I had no idea how special it would become. I had no idea how much we needed her.

Kait became my first real coaching client on this team. And that changed everything.. we slowly turned into exactly that. A coaching team. Our value was never leads. It was the one-on-one work. Kait went from 7 deals to 15 to 30 and just kept climbing. She went from insecure to running her own empire.

Since then I've stepped into brokering the whole state.. handling state affairs and about 500 agents as Principal Broker for Real of Ohio. And while I've been doing that, Kait has quietly become the leader and the heart of this team.

So we're making it official.

I'm not going anywhere. I'm still here, still coaching, still loving on this family I built. My role just looks different now.. Founder. More passive, same heart.

But Kait is the face and the LEADER of The KeyGroup.
