About us

Benjamin R. Jacobi P.A. is a small law firm that practices in Miami Dade and Broward County. We handle Family, Real Estate, Negligence, Probate and Contract Dispute matters.

The ideal candidate will be highly professional, organized, and experienced with customer service. Minimum 1-2 years of legal experience is required.

Full time and permanent job, Monday through Friday 9-5. Compensation based on experience.

Duties (may include but not limited to):

-Track due dates and court hearings.
-Prepare and handle mandatory discovery.
-Assist with drafting pleadings.
-Schedule court hearings and mediation with opposing counsel and the court.

Qualifications:

-Knowledgeable with e-filing portal and court map/CMS.
-Preparation of Child Support Worksheets and Financial Affidavits.
-Fluent with the English. Fluency in Spanish or Creole is a plus.
-Have good writing skills.
-Ability to prioritize and multitask.
-Detailed orientated.
-Motivated to be an efficient and dedicated member of our staff.
