Here’s your permission slip to stop playing small with your health.

Stop waiting for validation.

Stop handing your body over to people who don’t ask about your life.

Stop ignoring the quiet knowing that you were made for more than managing symptoms.

Your power isn’t found in someone else’s protocol.

It’s found in your ability to say, “I want better. And I’m ready to do the work to have it.”

That moment?

That’s where transformation begins.

And I’m here to support it.

Tired is not your personality.

If you're waking up exhausted, hitting a wall mid-day, or needing caffeine just to feel normal, you’re not lazy. Your body is waving a red flag. 🚩

Fatigue is a signal, not an identity.

Possible root causes include:
- Nutrient depletion
- Mitochondrial dysfunction
- Hormonal imbalance
- Poor sleep architecture
- Emotional burnout

At Luminosity Wellness, we start by asking:

Why is your body tired?

And then we support your systems to recover - with clinical insight and soul-level care.

Here’s a truth no one wants to say out loud:

At some point, we have to stop outsourcing our health and start owning it.

You are not broken.
You are not too far gone.
You are not meant to be dependent on a pill for the rest of your life.

You were born with an intelligent, self-healing body.

But healing requires honesty.
It requires responsibility.
And it requires the willingness to make different choices.

This doesn’t mean blame - it means empowerment.

You can’t control everything.
But you can control what you feed your body, what you believe, how you respond to stress, and who you let guide your healing.

You’re allowed to take your power back.
You’re allowed to ask better questions.
You’re allowed to expect more than symptom suppression.

👉 Schedule an Alignment Consult - let’s talk about what’s possible!

Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the Grand Rapids Functional Forum, hosted by KPS Skincare—and it did not disappoint!

We explored the power of science-based organic skincare, sampled some amazing products, and dove deep into the gut/skin connection—an area that’s becoming more and more essential in holistic care.

We also discussed Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) and its promising role in managing conditions like IBD, IBS, and other chronic inflammatory issues.

I left inspired, informed, and full of new ideas to bring back to Luminosity Wellness—especially when it comes to supporting skin health from the inside out.

Curious about how these insights could support your own wellness journey?
Send us a message or call the office. We’d love to chat.

Grateful to Attend the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Legislative Breakfast

Today, I had the privilege of attending the Legislative Breakfast hosted by the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. The panel featured Representative Will Snyder, Representative Curt VanderWall, and Muskegon County Administrator Mark Eisenbarth, with the discussion led by Wendy Block, Sr. Vice President of Business Advocacy for the Michigan Chamber.

The conversation offered valuable insight into the economic landscape and future of West Michigan, touching on key issues such as:
🏘️ Housing development
🚧 Road infrastructure and maintenance
📈 Business growth and regional support

I also had the honor of personally connecting with Representative VanderWall after the event to discuss a cause close to my heart—the licensure of Naturopathic Doctors in Michigan.

This is an essential step toward ensuring safe, accessible, and regulated holistic care for our communities. I look forward to continuing this important conversation and advancing the path forward for naturopathic medicine in our state.

✨ If you’re passionate about expanding wellness options and supporting licensure efforts, I’d love to connect.

Did you know that Naturopathic Doctors aren’t licensed in every state?

It’s Naturopathic Medicine Week, and while we’re celebrating the power of this holistic, root-cause approach to health, we also need to talk about something important:

Licensure.

Currently, only 24 U.S. states, plus DC and the U.S. territories, license Naturopathic Doctors (NDs). That means in many places—including Michigan—NDs are unable to practice to the full extent of their training and expertise.

Despite completing 4+ years of accredited medical education, board exams, and clinical training, NDs in pre-licensed states often face limitations that make it harder for the public to access quality naturopathic care.

But here’s the good news: licensure efforts are actively underway in several states, including right here in Michigan.

We’re advocating for greater recognition, regulation, and protection—for patients and practitioners alike.

If you believe in accessible, root-cause-focused, whole-person healthcare… we could use your voice.

Whether you’re a patient, practitioner, or simply someone who believes in choice and holistic options, your support matters.

Want to help support licensure efforts in Michigan?

Whether you’re searching for an ND in your area or exploring regulatory trends across states, this map highlights current options and future opportunities.

Which state will be next to license NDs?
