Graphic Design Assistant / Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual to join our busy, fast-paced screen printing & embroidery shop!
What You’ll Do:
• Create custom designs for apparel, signage and promotional products
• Work directly with customers to bring their ideas to life
• Take orders, provide quotes and ensure top-notch customer service
• Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate with our printing team
We’re Looking For:
• Experience with graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator or similar)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
