Six ServiceNet employees recently graduated from our ESOL MAP training program, a collaboration with Greenfield Community College that opens the door to new opportunities, greater confidence, and expanded roles in the work they do every day.

The program helps employees who speak English as a second language build the language and technical skills needed to earn Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification β€” a challenging credential that supports career growth and strengthens care across our communities.

"This program helps them master the complex medical language and documentation standards needed to earn the MA MAP certification. When we support workers in this way, the quality of care across the community grows stronger," said Alex Carley, dean of workforce development at Greenfield Community College.

Congratulations to this year's graduates on an impressive achievement!
