This thoughtfully designed 34-home cluster development will transform a former 80-acre gravel pit into a beautiful neighborhood centered around single-story homes arranged along a peaceful circular roadway. Even more exciting, nearly two-thirds of the property will remain preserved as open space and donated to the City of Northampton — helping protect the natural landscape for years to come.
