's Director of Athletics, Kristin Hughes, presented the Berenson Trophy to the newest Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame class. It was a true full-circle moment, as the trophy honors Smith's own Senda Berenson, the "Mother of Women's Basketball" who organized the first women's collegiate game back in 1893. More than a century later, basketball continues to reach new heights thanks to the phenomenal impact of this year's inductees!
