Straw Dog Writers Guild is hiring for a part-time administrative position. Perhaps a great opportunity for a writer seeking a small regular employment opportunity with a nonprofit supporting writers in the WMA community?

Arianna Alexsandra Collins, our SDWG Admin for the past 4 years, who has also been serving as the Executive Director for the Hoosic River Watershed Association (HooRWA) for the past 3 years, has accepted an increase in hours so that she can attend to more programming, water quality monitoring, and advocacy throughout the Hoosic River Watershed. Due to this change, she will work fewer hours and days for the Guild. For the remainder of this month, she will attend to SDWG's needs on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Arianna will happily stay on in a limited capacity while the Steering Committee finds a new person to oversee the organization's daily administrative functions. Arianna writes, "It has been such a delight working with Straw Dog Writers Guild. I have enjoyed the creativity this job has brought me. And I have loved helping promote the good work of our members!"
