Summer activities should not leave you stuck in pain.
Golf, pickleball, yard work, gym workouts, and weekend adventures can all put extra strain on your body, especially if you’re getting back into activities after time away.
If you’re noticing stiff shoulders, knee pain, lower back tightness, or soreness that keeps coming back, rest and ice may not be enough.
StemWave is a non-invasive acoustic wave therapy designed to help stimulate your body’s natural repair process beneath the surface of soreness.
No needles. No required downtime. Just a smarter way to support recovery and help you get back to the activities you enjoy.
Message or call us today to schedule a consultation and learn if StemWave may be right for you. 📞 508-952-2913

🦶 Standing at work or while doing chores and your back starts aching? Try this simple trick: put one foot up on a small step, curb, or cabinet ledge.

✅ Elevating one foot can reduce stress on your low back by changing your posture and decreasing the load on your spine. It’s a great way to find temporary relief when you’re stuck standing for long periods.

⚠️ But remember—this is only a short-term solution. Back pain during normal daily activities isn’t something you should just “live with.” Your body is telling you something isn’t working as it should.

A Physical Therapist can identify the root cause of your pain and help you move comfortably again—without relying on temporary fixes.

🔥 A single leg squat can tell you SO much about an athlete 👀

It’s one of the best ways to spot weakness or poor control in the:
🏃‍♀️ glutes
🦵 quads
🦶 foot/ankle stability
⚖️ core control
🔄 overall hip, knee, and ankle alignment

If an athlete can’t control a single leg squat well, it may be a sign that they’re compensating somewhere else 🚨 Over time, not addressing those weaknesses can lead to:
❌ knee pain
❌ ankle injuries
❌ hip pain
❌ poor performance with running, jumping, and cutting
❌ higher risk for bigger injuries like tendinopathy or ligament issues

Sometimes the problem isn’t where the pain is — it’s the weakness and lack of control above or below it 🎯
