Hey Pepper Peeps! 🌶🫑We harvested the rest of the ghosts, and made a quick ferment with them a few weeks back. A blend of sweet peppers, ghost, garlic and onion - excited to make this one!!🌶🫑
Side note - Homegrown ghost peppers are HELLISHLY hot - much hotter than their dried form. The brine alone could take down an elephant 🤣🌶
Taking suggestions for secondary ingredients! Maybe pineapple this time around?
