Seeking a Medical Office Assistant and Technician on a full-time and/or part time basis in Optometry practices in Norwalk and Stamford. General office experience is a plus, and training will be provided. Our team values a great personality and a friendly, personal demeanor. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the office.
- Front desk duties including answering incoming calls, billing and collecting payments at the time of service.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Pre-testing and patient work-ups. Training on all equipment is provided.
