Center Rural Volunteer Fire and Rescue has served the citizens of the Town of Norwood and the surrounding southern end of Stanly County since 1957.

**Monthly Run Report**
May was a slower month for us with only 58 calls, but among those we responded to 4 working fires. Two of which were our first due and the other two were in our neighboring county's.
As the weather warms and the lake becomes more active we ask that you stay aware of your surroundings on the water and always practice boater safety!
