Notre Dame Students Empowering Through Engineering Development

For the first time in NDSEED history, our annual build is headed to Peru!

Our team will be constructing a pedestrian bridge in Loripongo, Peru, crossing the Río Loripongo in Summer 2026. This bridge will provide year-round, safe access for the community, supporting education, healthcare, economic opportunity, and tourism.

Today is the day!! As many of you know, all of our work for NDSEED is completely student fundraised. ND Day is a big part of that. We cannot do the work we do building bridges around the world without the support of donors like you!! In between all the design calculations, review call prep, SOPs, and fundraising, the team has been having fun too! We’ve had some epic socials so far this semester from Latin Dance night at Legends 💃🏽 to delicious food at El Tecate 🌮 to game night at Ashley’s!!🪩🕺🏽
