Recipe Divine Salad
Put everything in one large bowl:
Cut lettuce up with scissors.
Kale
Arugula
Pirple cabbage

Cut with knife into bite size pieces
Mini tomatoes
Avocado chunks
Portobello Mushrooms
Artichokes
Mini Cucumbers
Red pepper
Spring onions

Preparation
Sprout in water 8 hours night before
Then store sprouted items in fridge
Sprouted red lentils
Sprouted beans
Spiralized zucchini

Spices
Minced garlic/fresh garlic
Fresh ginger

Sprinkle it on
Olive oil
Udo’s oil
Braggs nutritional yeast
Tahini
Juice of mandarin orange

Stir it up with a spatula
Serve into a bowl
Grab a fork or spoon or spork and get ENERGY!!!
