The market just keeps rising. If you want to sell, now is a great time to do it!

These are some pretty staggering numbers. Average sales price is way up, sales are up in general but inventory is very low.

If you are looking to sell your home, now is the time.

In the current uneasy times, the housing market is unpredictable.

However, we are entering the busy time of the year and rates are very good. This “busy time” won’t be the same as always because of the uncertainty but keep in mind that homes are still being sold. Banks are still lending money and deals are out there to be made.

If you are thinking, well I will just wait to see what happens and list people buy a house later, keep one big thing in mind...there will likely be a lot of competition and market saturation as everyone lists everything at one time.

Now, that can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing. Right now, if you list your house, your house stands out more than normal because there is so little inventory out there.

Yes, you MAY not have as many people looking as you normally would in the spring but those who are will be serious and only have so much to choose from. End of the day, you have nothing to lose. If your house doesn’t sell or you can’t find something, put things on hold and wait. It costs you nothing to do that.
