When I first started Kathartic Spirit, my hope was simple: to help people feel a little lighter through small, comforting things — candles, stickers, gentle reminders that could brighten someone’s day.

But over time, I realized I wanted to go deeper.
Not just small moments of comfort, but a space for real reflection, growth, and healing.

From here on out, I’ll be sharing honest reflections and conversations inspired by books about the mind, love, and self-growth — starting with Hyperbole and a Half by Allie Brosh.

I’m not a professional — just someone walking my own messy, complicated healing journey. I know how heavy it can feel sometimes. And I’ve been lucky to have people who held space for me along the way.
