Here's a simple 'hair reset ' routine you can follow:

Double Cleanse: Start with a gentle but thorough shampoo to remove any buildup from styling products or environmental factors over the week. If you have dry or sensitive scalp, opt for a sulfate-free shampoo.

Deep Conditioning: Follow up with a nourishing deep conditioner or hair mask. This will help replenish moisture and keep your strands healthy. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes while you relax or do other things.

Scalp Massage: While the conditioner works, treat your scalp to a soothing massage to stimulate blood flow. This can help promote healthy hair growth.

Rinse & Detangle: Rinse the conditioner out with cool water to close the hair cuticles, and gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb to minimize breakage.
