Laborer Wanted - Full Time - Manufacturing Facility O'Fallon MO
Do you have what it takes to work here?
Stone manufacturing plant needs full time laborers to work on the line fabricating concrete based products. High school education required. Experience with use of tools and equipment, including fork truck driving is a plus.
This position is full time, INDOORS, and YEAR ROUND in a temperature controlled environment. Occasional overtime is expected. Our manufacturing line starts at 6am SHARP, tardiness is NOT TOLERATED. Normal work hours are 6am-2:30pm M-F with 1/2 hour lunch.
Required Qualifications:
-Able to bend, lift, twist, and hold arms above head
-Be able to lift 75 lbs
-Basic tool knowledge
-Ability to read measurements off tape measure
-Good work ethic
-Reliable transportation - must be at work at 6am each day - no exceptions.

Compensation:
$14/hr with annual performance reviews. Paid holidays after one year of employment. Health insurance, 401k with employer contribution, personal time off for sick and vacation after initiation period.

This is a FULL TIME job indoors and not affected by weather. If it rains, you still have a job. If it's cold, you still have a job.
