Good Afternoon everyone, I just wanted to keep everyone updated. The commercial kitchen I have been using for my catering orders is a bit over the budget I would like to spend. I’ve been looking for a kitchen that I can use the rest of the year including and also for our future food truck/trailer needs.
I have a tour on Tuesday at the The Hatchery, that I’ve been actually interested in for some time now. It’s a bit far but they have so many shared kitchens and they are very well known. They even have event space if I ever wanted to throw an event. I’m actually really excited about this kitchen!!
Once I take my tour I’m going to see if I could book on Friday, if they have any spaces available. You can pick up there when I’m done with all orders or you can meet in the suburbs closer to you. By Wednesday I will post all info with menu, times and location. If you can’t meet me somewhere when I deliver, I can deliver to your home as long as you’re not far from Oak Forest. Good afternoon, everyone. I will be renting the commercial kitchen I use for catering orders and will take whatever date they have available. Someone is ordering a couple dozen Pastelitos, so I will have Pastelitos, Cuban sandwiches, empanadas, and Puerto Rican rice available that day. We will also be selling our party pack that day (pictured below). All of these orders will be pre-order only.
I didn't choose the private kitchen option because I'm saving money for the food truck/trailer. However, if you'd like to pick up, you're more than welcome; the kitchen is located in the South Loop. Because of the distance, delivery is also an option. I will keep everyone updated with the location and once I get a date. Thank you for your continued support! ❤️🙏

Zach Jack, I would love for you to do a review of the Pastelitos. These will be a permanent item on our menu when we get our new food truck/trailer. I will text you when I get a date for delivery if you are willing.
