Infertility can quietly shift from being something you’re experiencing to something you’re believing about yourself.

But difficulty conceiving is not a reflection of your value, your strength, or your worth.

The fact that your body is struggling with something does not mean you are failing at something.

Freedom, culture, and community. Today and every day, we honor the strength of those who came before us.

Freedom includes the freedom to heal. Happy Juneteenth. 🖤✊🏽

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying grief, anxiety, navigating major life transitions and identity shifts, or simply trying to keep up with everything on your plate.

Delena believes therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform, have all the answers, or hold it all together. Her approach is warm, affirming, and collaborative, helping clients explore their experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.

Delena enjoys supporting adults navigating:
• Anxiety and stress
• Grief and loss
• Life transitions
• LGBTQIA+ affirming care
• Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders
• Fertility, pregnancy, and reproductive mental health

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are and hold the space you need to heal, grow, and build upon the strengths you already have, Delena is currently accepting new clients.

If seeing babies, families, or pregnancy announcements sometimes brings up sadness, you’re not alone.

For many people dealing with infertility or reproductive loss, those moments can hit hard, even when they’re completely unexpected.

You might feel genuinely happy for someone else and still feel a deep sense of loss yourself.

You might enjoy being around children and still find certain reminders painful.

Those mixed emotions are more common than people often realize.

They don’t make you selfish, bitter, or unkind.

They simply reflect the reality of carrying grief while moving through everyday life.

Instead of judging yourself for those reactions, try to give yourself the same understanding you would offer someone else in your position.

🧡It’s World Infertility Awareness Month, and we’re acknowledging the experiences so many people carry quietly every day.

Protecting your peace might look like:

* declining the baby shower
* muting social media
* leaving early
* saying no without over explaining
* taking space from triggering conversations

What are some of the ways you’ve learned to protect your peace?

Trying to conceive can become emotionally all consuming in ways people outside of it often do not understand. This is why building community with people who are in it can feel so validating.

If you recognized yourself in these slides, it makes sense.

There is nothing weak or dramatic about being impacted by prolonged uncertainty and disappointment.🧡

It’s World Infertility Awareness Month and these are the realities of being on this journey.

Often times, hope and heartbreak coexist during infertility.

Sometimes walking into another appointment means carrying both.

These are the moments when infertility can feel emotionally exhausting that people really just don’t understand unless they’ve been through it.🧡

It’s World Infertility Awareness Month and we’re speaking to the realities so many people carry silently.

Comparison during infertility can feel almost impossible to escape. Especially when timelines seem to surround us everywhere; from social media, to family, friendships, even random conversations.

Underneath comparison is often complex grief.
Grief for what you thought life would look like by now.

We’re here to remind you that you’re not behind as a person because your path has looked different.🧡

You don’t have to have every answer right now. Slow down, breathe, and give yourself permission to move through this one step at a time.

A gentle reminder for anyone carrying more than they can hold today.
