Our Di Stefano Burrata, with pesto trapani & crostini :)

We always have a burrata on the menu, and the current set up is one of our favorites. Pesto trapani is a Sicilian variety of pesto (from the Trapani province), and made with garlic, basil, almonds, tomatoes, and pecorino. Its bright, herbaceous, and the makes the perfect bite with some burrata and crostini.

We always love starting our meal with a lil table burrata and think you should give it a try!!!

LAST CALL 🚨 Sadly stone fruit season is coming to a close, meaning we have to say goodbye to our classic Nectarine Flatbread🥲 But we will have it on through the weekend!
