Pop Up Pilates Group Mat Classes with Krista this weekend & beyond!

In honor of (a celebration of the original Pilates Mat Work), I am hosting several Pop Up Pilates mat classes at Montclair Village Pilates in the next several weeks.

FRIDAY, MARCH 1: 4:30PM

SUNDAY, MARCH 3: 10AM

SUNDAY, MARCH 17: 10AM

Why should you add Pilates Mat work to your life?

-Take your strength to the next level
-Develop a home-based exercise program
Troubleshoot pain or weakness in your movement, sports and day-to-day life
-Gain a better understanding of your reformer practice

We will learn and practice several “Pre-Pilates” (aka "warmup" exercises) and advance through (about) 10 of Joseph Pilates’ original Mat exercises. Questions are welcome; this is a space for us all to learn together.

LEVEL: All levels are welcome.
LOCATION: All classes will be held at MVP’s Group Studio: 6200 Antioch Street; Unit B. Oakland CA 94611
COST: $28 per class.
BONUS: Elevated mats are available in the studio, so it’s easy to get up and down!

More classes can be offered if there is demand.
