The California minimum wage rates for 2026 are as follows:
- Statewide Minimum Wage: $16.90 per hour effective January 1, 2026.
- Exempt Salary Threshold: Increased to $70,304 annually.
- Fast Food Workers: Minimum wage remains at $20.00 per hour.
- Healthcare Workers: Minimum wage ranges from $18.63 to $24.00 per hour, depending on facility type.
