The Oberlin-Decatur County Area Economic Development Corporation (O-DAEDC) Board is pleased to announce the establishment of a Non-Endowed Fund through GROW Decatur County Foundation (GROW DCF), an affiliate of the Greater Northwest Kansas Community Foundation.

This fund was created to provide long-term financial support for economic development projects throughout Decatur County. Contributions will help fund community and business development initiatives, provide matching funds for grant opportunities, and support projects that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
