Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, Team Equistaff is celebrating the arrival of our newest little bit of Irish luck! This beautiful filly, born March 14th at 6:30 AM, is by Poker’Poker Tartifume (“Cooper”), a purebred Connemara, and out of Mineshaft Madness (“Lucky”).

The Connemara breed traces its roots to the rugged west coast of Ireland, where these horses became famous for their athleticism, intelligence, and hardy spirit — and if this little girl is any indication, she inherited plenty of that famous Irish character.

She’s only a couple days old and already showing off a spunky personality and plenty of curiosity about the world around her. We can’t wait to watch her grow!
