A rich, creamy red velvet cheesecake on a chocolate cookie crust, topped with homemade raspberry “brain matter” sauce, a Rice Krispie brain & heart, creepy fondant fingers, and a few unfortunate gummy eyeballs. 👁️🫀🖐️
Finished with plenty of bloody raspberry drips because what's a horror cheesecake without a little blood? 🩸😂
This one was SO much fun to create, and I absolutely love how it came together!
